The HSE has recently produced the statistics for agriculture, forestry and fishing sector, and again it has ranked as one of the most dangerous work sectors after totalling 33 fatalities in the year 2017-18.
If you work in this sector as an employer, or employee, make sure you have adequate provision for your first aid needs according to your first aid needs assessment, and you have suitable and sufficient risk assessments in place to cover your activities.
