Terms and Conditions

Trident Health and Safety Ltd.’s policy means we will refund you in the event of cancellation as follows:

• 21 working days or more in advance of the course – 100% of the course fee will be refunded.
• 14 – 20 working days in advance of the course – 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
• 7 – 13 working days in advance of the course – 25% of the course fee will be refunded.
• 1 – 6 working days in advance of the course – there will be no refund applied.

No-Show / Failure to Attend Training

Non-attendance of any training course, for any reason, will be deemed a cancellation without notice and full payment is due, and no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling

Changes to course bookings will be free of charge, provided that Trident Health and Safety Ltd are notified a minimum of 7 working days in advance of the original course booking.

Rescheduling your course within 7 working days of the original course date will incur an additional rescheduling fee of £25.00 due.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed by bank transfer only. Refunds may take up to 21 working days to be processed.
